Booking Guidelines ✅ Enter accurate contact info (phone & email) – all confirmations and updates will be sent through these. 🚫 No children unless being serviced – clients must be 17+. Parental clients may inquire about exceptions, but final discretion is TaiLavee’s. 🚫 No extra guests allowed – only the person being serviced may enter the salon, including for minors. ⏱️ Time awareness is key – please do not book an appointment if you have immediate obligations afterward. First-Time Silk Press Appointment: Transform, Retain & Grow This is for new clients ready to begin their healthy hair journey. What’s Included: Signature TaiLavee Silk Press & Style Precision Hair Reshaping (cut or trim at TaiLavee’s discretion) Scalp Detox + Deep Conditioning Treatment Customized Take-Home Hair Regimen ⚠️ This is a transformational service designed to reset your hair’s health. If you’re not ready for a full transformation — including trimming or reshaping — please do not book. TaiLavee’s goal is to get your hair to its healthiest length in the fastest time possible. Once you’ve had this service, you’ll qualify for returning client appointments. Returning Client Appointment: Maintain & Grow Returning clients only – booking calendar opens quarterly Eligibility: ✅ You must have completed the First-Time Transform Appointment ✅ Your first appointment must have taken place within the last 9 months. ❓If unsure, please contact tailavee@gmail.com before booking What’s Included: TaiLavee Signature Silk Press / Blow Dry Scalp Detox & Deep Conditioning Tailored Trim or Dusting (based on current hair health) Regimen Review & At-Home Care Guidance ⏳ Please allow at least 3-6 weeks between appointments. TaiLavee does not offer bi-weekly styling — this protects your hair’s moisture and strength. Important Notes 💳 All silk press services require prepayment ❌ No refunds once payment is processed 🤒 If you feel unwell, please reschedule for everyone’s safety, as your stylist will do the same. ✂️ TaiLavee reserves the right to cancel or decline service within the first 30 minutes if there is no agreement on the outcome COVID & Health Statement TaiLavee is committed to your safety. The salon is thoroughly sanitized before and after each appointment. Clients are required to wash their hands upon arrival. If you are experiencing any cold, flu, or COVID-like symptoms, please stay home and reschedule.
